I should cut back on my level of strees because it isn`t healthy for my, and I should get rid of to eat the drunk food because this food causes gastritis and other problems in my body for example gain, also I should give up to cigarettes because this causes many problems in my heald.
I should cut back on to play playstation three hours a day, because I lose time that I can use in important things. I should get rid of the sweets, because when I have to have lunch or dinner I do not. I should give up to smoking, because smoking to produce cancer.
Well, I should cut back on the time spent on the computer daily. Also I should get rid of junk food because it is affecting me much to my health and this provoke problems for my gastritis. Also I should definitely give up to in car movilizarme because this I cause problem for my heart and it is a habit bad.
I should get rid of my impatience because I'm very impatient. I should cut back on chocolate because I like eating chocolate every day and is bad. I will do this things for my health and I staying healthy.
