The decision more important in my life was the thesis theme, because I have find the most relevant in my job (SRI), the most important problem that they have in the areas , and my theme have be approved by the SRI director and academic coordinator too. This situation was very stressful, because I had the doubt, first: if they approve my theme, second: if that I do is ok, third: who are my thesis director, etc. But the most important topic is, if I can finish my thesis on time, because I need graduate with my friends, it will be more comfortable for me. My family, especially my mom will very happy for me. I think that the most of people have been through this. Take a decision is a new experience in the life all them study in university, but when you finish your university career, you feel proud for yourself and you have the possibility to reach a lot more.
Currently I am doing my practice in INDUGLOB S.A., and about a month ago I was working in the accounting department. One of the hardest decisions that I had to take in this department consisted in: work overtime, because it was end of the month and there were many invoices for enter to the system, or else go to the birthday of one of my best friends. I was faced with two important situations for me: my friend or the company. Then I decided to be responsible and work an hour more, and then I had to take a taxi for not arrived so late. In this way I solved the situation, though my friend was angry, but then she understood me.
I am going to talk about the hardest decision that I've made. When I began to study in economics school I wanted to choose business engineering career and I did it, but in the third semester I had the opportunity for travelling to study in another country. I was thinking for a lot of days if I had to accept or refuse that propose. It has been a big opportunity for me. But I didn't do it, because I had already gotten my main goal of getting into to the career that I always wanted. Also, I didn't want to leave to my family. So I make the decision of staying in my city and after that I finish my university. I will travel.
I'm doing my practice on ETAPA and the hardest decision I've had to take has been to choose between the Human Resources department and the department of Potable Water to raise the subject of thesis Both departments offered very good opportunities. For example, if I made the thesis in the department of Human Resources would be able to meet new employees that could be valuable contacts in case they hire me to work there in the future. In Potable Water instead, already knew most employees because I have spent much time there. In both cases the issues raised would contribute significantly to the improvement of each department. Finally, I decided on the department needed more urgent the issue that is Potable Water.
My hardest decision was one day that I was in classes and I answer the call from my training company. They invited me to the closing of the training school that I organized one month ago. The training school is a training that Induglob gives for its employees. The closing was at 4 pm and I had classes at 5 pm, I had to decide if to go to the closing or going to classes. This was a hard decision because I had organized and participated in training school and never I had missed a classes. For me the two things are important, but I could not be in two places in the same moment. I chose go to the closing because the event will never be repeated. For me this is hardest decision.
In life many of our decisions are very hard to make, and we never know whether a different choice would have turned out better. The hardest decision I´ve had to make in my life until now was when I had to choose my career. When I started the university, I wanted to study two careers: economy and accounting. In the first semester a classmate told me about a new career, where students combined class with practices. I wasn´t very interested in that but I made all test and I was chosen. In that moment I had to make a decision. I tried to write all advantages and disadvantages of the two options and finally I chose the new career. I don´t know if it was the best option, but I am really happy with my decision.
I think that one of the hardest decisions I ever make is change of city to live.
This was a very difficult decision because I had that change everything I knew, it was like forgetting everything and starting again from scratch, I did not know anyone person here and everything was different. My family also comes with me; we are looking for new opportunities to overcome our difficulties as finding a place to live a new job and where to study. Some acquaintances and friends were very sad this was a decision that I frame my life and now already I cannot change it. In conclusion the decisions that you make to mark your life.
What's the hardest decision you've ever had to make? Maybe the most difficult decision for me was when I had to choose between two options that could make my way for the rest of life, I had to decide between a career in the University in and to become a successful professional or work hard to support my family, I chose the first option and study hard to achieve getting a college scholarship in the School of Civil Engineering where i was an outstanding student, but the economic situation prevented me from home to continue my studies and I had to leave my studies, one year later I understood that to be successful in life requires great sacrifices and so will accomplish great things in life, now I'm three months as engineer, working nine hours every day and my decision was to work very hard and be a successful professional.
In life we always make decisions, everyday and every time, sometimes we made it with out a logical proccess and just happen like cross the street when the light it´s on green, but sometimes the hardest decisions are the ones that can change our life. In this way the hardest decision I´ve ever made was one year ago when I decide to apply for a scolarship in INCAE business school to make a MBA. I think that decision was one of the hardest because nowadays if I got acceepted I have to travel to Costa Rica for 2 years and be far from my family I´m sure it´s gonna be one of the hardest thinks ever but at otherwise I can see my future has a professional and every effort and all the sacrifice that I do there it´s going to be the training for my future as a great human professional.
Inside the work is always necessary to take many decisions, decisions are easy, and there are difficult decisions. All functions that I performed in my training company have had many responsibilities including decision making, many things are very easy to decide, for example: Did you review all the reports in a day or do along week?, and things like that, However, once I had to decide between going to a training in Guayaquil city on weekend or hiking with my family, it was hard because the training lasted three days but everything was paid for the company, but my family weekend was very important to me, so I decided to go to training was a hard decision, but in life you should always decide something.
The hardest decisión I’ve ever made was on choosing between coming to Cuenca or staying in Guayaquil. My mother told me that her boss was giving her the chance to become into the manager of Cuenca’s office or to stay in Guayaquil as collection manager, she came to my father and me because she didn’t wanted to choose without knowing what we thought about it. My father had no problem whichever was the decision so they left everything on my hands. My mother told me to think about everything before giving and answer, thinking about friends, high school, college; but I decided that coming to Cuenca was the best choice for the family because of my mother’s salary and the fact that all my family lives here.
Throughout our lives we have to make tough decisions, but it is very important to always think about what we want, what our objectives are and the consequences our choices will bring. The hardest decision I have ever made was choosing my career. I was unsecure about what I really liked, I wanted to study business engineering but in the other hand I love international commerce. I opted for business engineering because I think that this career gives me more opportunities to obtain knowledge, expertise and skills, which are required nowadays in business and in life. I believe that every decision we make, will bring us valuable teachings and we will learn a lot.
In my life I've had to take many decisions, everyone have to. I think that one of the hardest decisions that I've made was leave my last Job in Domador Jeans. It was a nice place for working and I made friends but, I didn't see a future there because it's a very small company and its owners dind't want to change some things that could help them to be better. Then I changed my contract to another Company where I am working at the moment: ADHEPLAST. It was a hard change but I feel good now because all my ideas help to ADHEPLAST and I've felt that learned too mucho in ADHEPlAST. It was hard at the beginning but changes are good in life.
Life is about decisions. We have to make decisions every day. It can be easy such as choosing what to wear or really difficult like, living here or in another city. Of course, it depends on our point of view. I have to say that the hardest decision I have ever made was ending the contract with my first training company. It was hard to me because I made really good friends there. My boss trusted a lot in me, but I did not have chances to prosper. So, I knew that I was ready to say good bye and start over in a new place. At the end, this new company became more than just another “job”, it was the opportunity to learn a lot of new things and become a real professional.
Throughout life people have to make many decisions, and we should try to be the best and those that adapt to our lives. The hardest decision I ever had to do in my life is to decide what city study the university because my home town is Cañar and I did not think a good option to study the university because in Cañar aren´t good opinions where I can choose a career, because since I was in school I was interested in studying something related to economics, something that is directly related to business administration, after receiving some advice from my family I decided to study here in Cuenca. Now I'm very happy I made that decision although initially it was not very easy because I do not live with my family.
In my life I have had to make some decisions, I will tell you one of them. When I was in high school, I had to decide the career to follow, the problem was that my high school didn´t have the career that I wanted. I had to make a more difficult decision, because I had to decide to stay in the same high school or transfer to another. At the end I decided to stay in the same school but with a career that I did not like. Finally, I think that in our life we must make decisions that will be important to grow as individuals and also in professional.
Making decisions is one of the principal things you need to do when you are working. In my work I really don’t make important decisions because I am doing training. The decisions I make are principally about my projects and also, the decision are about the small activities I do there. The hardest decision I have ever had to make at work, were when I decided in what department I would like to work more time. Also, it depended on my professional specialization. It was a hardest decision because it represented the opportunity to get more knowledge about that. Is for this reason, it is very important to analyze the different situations and try to make the best decisions in life
First, I would like to tell you that I catechize every Sunday. But, I did not do this activity by a year. In August 2011, I was in a moment where I needed much effort, concentration and dedication in my carrier throughout the month. In that time I had to make some difficult exams and had to pass them if I wanted to continue studying in this carrier. But, at the same time I had to register for the Catechism´s new year and prepare for it. So, I had to make the hardest decision in my life. I made the decision to study for the exams that they were the most important in that time. So, I did not do the activity that I like that year.
Most important in Organizations is get your objectives and make the best decision that will generate most benefit and excellent results. I’m doing my practice on the “Secretaría Nacional del Migrante (Austro)” and the hardest decision I have had to take was when in the fourth semester in Human Resourses Department. This decision was choosing the personnel work for the next year. This decision was more difficult for me because the people that work in this organization are more than peer are my friends. In this moment I felt very bad but I think is important know and learn all about of the life in the work. A good decision can you help you to get your objectives and be happy.
It's very hard to make decisions, but choosing the best option is harder. In the company where I do my internships they offered me three jobs that I could occupy, the first was an assistant in the logistics department at a salary of $ 600, the second was going to create Project Analysis department, they wanted me to be the manager of this department with a salary $ 1000; and the third one was as a post coordinator for Human Resources with a salary of $ 750. For me it was a very hard decision because I had to choose between what I like and do not like to do, and also between the salaries that I could get. I choose the third one because it's what I enjoy doing and I like working with people. In conclusion to make a decision should analyze advantages and disadvantages that the decision made can bring.
The most difficult decision in my last job was in the practice phase. My business mentor suggested that I work in a position of great responsibility to the company, in the area of human talent. Working in this position meant working at least nine hours a day in the not so busy and even work on Saturdays. As I now I have a baby and husband was difficult to decide whether to work on minor activities and leave at 5 pm or accept work in a position with many responsibilities and leave at 7 pm. I spoke with my family in this situation and they decided to support me, because I was excited about working in this position and learn more. Then I accepted this responsibility and this was an excellent experience.
