ReplyDeleteJob satisfaction is the best achieve, but not the easiest to get, it not only depends on us but on our environment and companions. I think that the five keys are: Respect, even if we are jokers, we need limits to respect. Order, indispensable key to work. Communication, without it, the company itself will never be a good place. Transparency, it will make us a better group. And friendship, one of the most important things. Even if this list puts all the keys that are needed to get job satisfaction, I feel that they are all needed to keep a group strong and friendly and also a good workgroup.

My five keys are: - Enjoy my work: It is essential to love what we do. - A fair salary: The work we do must be recognized. - Sense of belonging: The company is our second home. – Communication: We can be able to say what we think and be respected. – Have a good group of colleagues: It is imperative to work with people we can trust.
With all these keys we can develop in a good environment, in where we can work and also make good friends.

ReplyDeleteJob satisfaction is very important in the workplace because employees are the most important resource in all companies, so a worker can play their functions efficiently. I think, five keys to get job satisfaction are: first responsibility so we answer for one's actions, second compromise to perform the work assigned, third people need to be sociable giving coworkers friendship, fourth creativity that allows to contribute ideas for problem-solving and finally communication allowing properly transmission of all the information trying to avoid confusion. In conclusion for achieving the correct use of these keys we should balance work group as well as getting the desired objectives and goals.

Most of the time, having Job Satisfaction is in our hands. It depends mainly in our attitude. However, I think there are five main keys that we can take in order to get job satisfaction. First, find a job that you enjoy. If you does not like what you do, even if the company is the best one ever, you will not be happy there. Second, have good relationships with all the coworkers. It means to try to be kind with everyone in the company at every moment. Third, give the best of you in every single task that you do. Fourth, organize your time. Managing a schedule assures you success. Finally, be recognized and recognized the effort of your colleagues. Applying these simple keys can assure us Job Satisfaction.

ReplyDeleteGetting job satisfaction depends much of yourself, it is true external factors can affect us but it depends on how we act in front of them. I think the five keys are: Positive Attitude, see events as positive and worthwhile. Feedback, it tells where I can be improvements made. Contribution, enjoy my role and feel I am making a valuable contribution. A Sense of Achievement, we all want to be the best we can be. Take Responsibility, take ownership of the things that I do. Following these five keys and adding improvements every day in our work, we will be sure to like what we do and our work will be of great value in our lives.

It is easy to see at work people angry, sad or tired, people who expect their workday ends soon; this can be avoided following some practical recommendations. First, must be passionate about what you do. Second, receive and respond with love to customer requests, coworkers, etc. Third, spend time with the other partners and will gain a lot of professional and personal experiences of others. Fourth recognize that each person is a different world. Fifth, must always seek new opportunities, not feel bored doing the same. Finally the most important thing is to understand that happiness gets it yourself with your own attitudes towards life.

Find the key to get JOB SATISFACTION is not an objective only for one, because we are always working with other people. I could say the five keys for get it are: -Passion, the most important, because we must love what we do and do it with happiness. – Respect, between workers, employees and bosses. – Communication, for doing everything in a good way, for receiving suggestions and for finding solutions. – Good schedule, it must respect the law and give the time for resting. – Friendship, I know that not everybody can be friends but we can promote this feeling with good terms, respect, solidarity and fellowship. There are many different ways of job satisfaction like excellent working enviroment, career plans, family support, training and fair payment. Has we can see many of these different ways to give job satisfaction are cheap and it´s just about a little bit of organization to make a huge impact in the employees.
